On 02/09/07 at 00:50 hours, officer(s) Butler (1024) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 2538 Goodwill ln and victim advised That her babys daddy , suspect was let in her home by her roommate . suspect awoke victim and they started argueing when he struck her and started choking her. victim was able to contact the police and the suspect fled the scene. victim completed ahold harmless and refused medical tx .
