Police Narrative:

On 02/08/07 at 21:43 hours, officer(s) J Johnson (4414) responded to a Prescription Forgery at 4625 Summer and victimMarks advised On 02/08/07 she(Pharmacy Tech) was working at the Walgreens, 4625 Summer. victimMarks stated, the on- duty Pharmacist, Mary J McDonald informed her that the Shelby County Health Care Network prescription for 60 tablets of Lortab, with a signature by Dr.Man Nguyen MD for Charlie Partee(patient) was bogus/forged. victimMarks stated, the Pharmacist M J McDonald spoke to Dr. Nguyen who stated, he didnt prescribe or sign for the Lortab for Charlie Partee. victimMarks stated what also caught their attention was the directions for taking the medication was not completed & prescriptions from minor medical clinics normally have 10 to 12 tablets not 60. victimMarks stated she spoke to victimDickerson in the Pharmacy drive thru, he confirmed he was picking up the prescription for Charlie Partee & verified his personal information . Upon Police arrival victimDickerson & victimStacker were pointed out by victimMarks setting at the drive thru. Upon approaching the vehicle, Officer Perez observed the front seat passenger/ victimStacker squeezing a Chic Filet bag. Upon speaking to victimMarks both victimDickerson & victimStacker were placed under arrest. victimMarks turned over the prescription made out to Charlie Partee to R/O . Search incident to arrest, Officers located a second Shelby County Health Care prescription in the Chic Filet bag victimStacker was holding made out to H. Mckinley for 60 tablets of Lortab signed by Dr. Man Nguyen, dated 02/07/07. Also located in the vehicle was 2 Pharmacy Receipts for Hyodrocodone & an empty medicine bottle for Sherman Ayers. Also located in the vehicle was another pharmacy receipt for a Tyrus Roberts. The vehicle was registered to victimDickerson. Lt. Tisby #8896, 506D made the scene. All listed property was tagged in Property & Evidence, 201 Poplar. victimDickerson & victimStacker were transpoted to jail.
