Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 22:04 hours, officer(s) Hopper (8983) responded to a Disturbance at 1210 Maplebrook and Vic: Blaylock advised That at approximately 2145 on 02-08-07 she was at home with her boyfriend (suspect Payne) when they got into a verbal argument. The victim asked the suspect to leave. The suspect then took somethings that belonged to the victim. The victim told the suspect to give the property back. The suspect pushed the victim. The witness came out of his room and saw the suspect pushing his mother. The witness pushed the suspect off the victim. The victim called police and the suspect left the scene prior to officers arrival. The victim had no visible injuries.
