On 02/08/07 at 22:17 hours, officer(s) Hendree () and Bridgeforth (8959) responded to a Weapon Law Violations/Midemeanor at 3233 Danville Circle West and Compl: Douglass advised he heard shots being fired and when he the area he observed Sus: Farmer throw a handgun underneath a parked vehicle and walk away . Compl: Douglass advised he detained Sus: Farmer for the arrival of police . The handgun serial had been obliterated from the handgun . The handgun had 3 live rounds in the cylinder . Sus: Farmer was issued a Misdemeanor Citation in lieu of continued custody arrest and the handgun and rounds were tagged at Property and Evidence .
