Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 22:03 hours, officer(s) walker () responded to a Vandalism/Misdemeanor at 210 North Goodlet and Vic: Shinault advised she went to a friends house at above location and parked her veh on the street. At approx 2145 she returned to her veh to find the passenger window had been broken out. Vic had no sus info and there was no crime scene to be processed.
