Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 21:50 hours, officer(s) Banegas () and Jones (3435) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 930 Semmes and Vic: Sykes advised She and her boyfriend, Sus: Nelson, got into an argument over her house keys. Sus: Nelson became angry and began to push Vic: Sykes through the house and pinned her against the wall. Sus: Nelson then wrapped his hands around Vic: Sykes neck to choke her. Vic: Sykes pushed Sus: Nelson off of her and called the police. Sus: Nelson left the scene on foot. There were no obvious injuries on victim. A hold harmless was signed and Vic: Sykes refused an ambulance.
