Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 21:30 hours, officer(s) Childers (1748) and L. Mccoy () responded to a Runaway at 2746 misty vally cv and Compl: Tucker advised That he sent his daughter to her room for making a bad grade in school. He then advised that he went into the other room to put his son to bed when she ran out of the front door and ran away. He then went to look for her and could not locate her so he called the police. Officers arrived and spoke with parents then went to the address of a friends at 8921 Cedar Mills which was found in her room with directions. That friend stated that they had not seen or heard from Gabriel since school. Officers returned to the victims home and Gabriel was back home. Gabriel was left in the custody of her father and report was taken.
