Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 21:27 hours, officer(s) J.A. Wells (1018) responded to a Runaway at 3766 St. Elmo and Compl: Williams advised that she had left the house for about thirty minutes and when returning home she noticed that her daughter Vic: Higgins was gone. Compl: Williams advised reporting officer that she does not know what else to do with her daughter who refuses to mind her and constantly is running away. Compl: Williams stated that her daughter could be in the area of 3431 Elkpoint, but has been unsuccessful in locating her daughter. No further information was given or known at the time.
