On 02/08/07 at 21:16 hours, officer(s) Mathis () responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 800 Block of Ioka and Compl: Malone advised that her son the victim was at a corner store in the 800 block of Ioka when the victim observed the suspect and 3 other male blacks riding off with the listed bicycle.The victim advised the reporting officer of the fact that the listed suspect attends Vance JR. High with him and has been making threats to do bodily harm to him if he didnt join the suspects gang.The complainant advised that the suspect has come to their residence to recruit the victim and at that time did issue threats at that time.The victim is afraid that the suspect and the other boys will jump him.
