Police Narrative:
Team #8 was conducing a drug investigation in the 1800 blook of Baroness in the New Horizon Apts. Defendant Patrick observed several male blacks standing in the breezing of 1825 Baroness. When the detectives approaching the group they dispersed. Detective Taylor called to the defendant and the defendant walked to the above truck with hast and got inside and cranked the truck. Det. Taylor they went to the driver door of the defendant's truck to interview him. The defendant advised he didn't live in the complex. Detective Taylor asked the defendant for the defendant's license and he had none. Detective Patrick checked the defendant on the PDA and found the defendant is license to be suspended since Oct. 4 2004.
