Police Narrative:
Officer on routine patrol observed a 1999 olds alero with very dark tinted windows. Defendant was driving the vehicle which was stopped at Cazassa and winchester. Defendant was asked for identification. Defendant license shows to be suspended for driving on suspended license on 7-21-06. Defendant has several driving while license suspended. Defendant was placed under arrested. The vehicle was search prior to towing and plastic bag of green leafy substance was found in a blue bag. the marijuana was tagged into the property room by det. Noel. Det. Noel observed the green leafy substance tested positive for THC. The total weighed of marijuana was 34.0 gram. Defendant was transported to 201 Poplar.
