Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 20:46 hours, officer(s) Shabazz, T. (1089) and Smith () responded to a Aggravated Assault/DV at 881 N Bingham and Sus: Jamerson advised That he is the step-son of Sus: Jamerson and with whom he resides with. Vic: Hursey came home from the gym and was attacked by Sus: Jamerson. Vic: Hursey was punched, knocked to the ground and choked by Sus: Jamerson. Sus: Jamerson pointed a pistol at Vic: Hursey and told him he would shoot Vic: Hursey. Vic: Hursey declined medical treatment and completed a victims hold harmless form. Sus: Jamerson took Vic: Hursey car keys and fled the scene.
