On 02/08/07 at 20:37 hours, officer(s) Aylor () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at Raines/alice and the Reporting Officer advised adtl a/o bush

On thurs, 2/8/07, at appx 2015 hrs, strike team ofcs on patrol observed Sus: Saulsberry driving a 1993 ford crown vic, brn, vin 1falp74w9rx121579, e/b raines driving erraticly, drifting in and out of traffic lanes, Sus: Saulsberry was stopped, as ofcs approached veh, ofcs could smell burnt marijuana emminating from the veh, Sus: Saulsberry was detained, during search of the veh, ofcs located a ruger .357 magnum loaded w/6 live rounds, in the drivers side floorboard search incident to arrest ofcs located a small bag of a leafy, green substance believed to be marijuana weighing appx 1.6tgw in Sus: Saulsberrys r front pants pocket. Sus: Saulsberry was observed to have the smell of marijuana on his person, bloodshot, watery eyes, and slowed speech. Sus: Saulsberry admitted the gun was his, and that he had it for protection. ofcs also located another 6 live rounds of .357 ammunition lying on the ground outside the police vehicle concealed in a small plastic bag. veh was towed to city lot, gun/rights waiver/marijuana tagged at p/e(also tested pos) dui ofc copley, w34, #1443 made the scene for dui testing, test time was 2138hrs, Sus: Saulsberry tested pos for thc via urinalisys. Sus: Saulsberry was trans to 201 poplar. these events occurred in memphis, shelby co. tn. dui tape tagged at p/e.
