(1089) responded to a Vandalism/Misdemeanor at 1616 Ash and victimWalker advised She is the assistant recreation director and was advised by another child the victimDowery had thrown an object/basketball at victimDouglas Community Center office window. This caused the window to crack. victimWalker couldn't estimate monetary damages at this time.
