Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 20:42 hours, officer(s) Gray () responded to a Counterfeiting/Forgery at 4803 hodge and the Reporting Officer advised a/os were n/b hodge at loraine and they observed a Veh #1: BUIC ELE /1990 white buick park avenue (veh comes up as electrica but it is a park ave) vin#1g4cw54c0l1637882 with a counterfeit tn temporary tag. Veh #1: BUIC ELE was n/b hodge with no tint on the windows. Sus: Harris was the driver and Sus: Marion was front passenger. Traffic stop made when Veh #1: BUIC ELE pulled into the driveway of 4803 hodge. Sus: Harris presented I. D. Only and he did not have proof of insurance. A/os observed the strong oder of marijuana inside the vehicle. Sus: Harris dl came back suspended. Sus: Marion had several warrants. A/o grigsby recovered a clear plastic baggie of marijuana from Sus: Marion left shoe and a folde dollar containing cocaine from the right shoe. The tag was lighter green than normal , issue blocks were not opunched out But filled in with black marker, r#, and hand written from mr. Lees auto sales at 662 s. Third. Photocopied dealer I. D. # . The white border was smallest than normal and it was cut with uneven edges. The bar code and st seals were fuzzy. Sus: Harris completed a rights waiver. Sus: Harris advised he got the tag for free from a friend larry o'neal male mixed b/w 6'3 240 lbs with a skull & cross bones tatooed under his left eye. O'neal drives a 96 black chevy 1500. The cocaine tested positive with an approximate 1. 1 tgw. The marijuana tested positive for thc with an approximate 2. 2 tgw. All evidence was tagged at pe by lt. Mccord 5623. The Veh #1: BUIC ELE was towed to the city's lot and both suspects were transported to 201 poplar.
