Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 19:38 hours, officer(s) Rider, G () and Kloek, M (9895) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3212 Rangeline and Vic: Shaw advised She filed for divorce today and when her husband, Vic: Leach, found out he came to her mothers house, started arguing with her, grabbed her by the arm, and shoved her. Vic: Shaw stated that before he left he grabbed their children and took them home. Victim believes the children to be in danger. Officers changed location to Vic: Leach residence to check on the children and speak about the incident. Vic: Leach stated he did grab her but only to keep Vic: Shaw from continuing pushing him. Officers also checked the home of Vic: Leach and believe the children are in no apparent danger. The home was clean and their was plenty of food and diapers. Vic: Leach did not appear to violent.
