Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 20:07 hours, officer(s) Brown (1740) responded to a Theft from Building at 1493 s orleans and Vic: Jones advised She left the residence at approximately 0800hrs at which time she had power when she returned home at approximately 2000hrs she discovered she had no power. after further investigation she found that someone had removed a part of her meter so she had no power. their was no suspect information.
