Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 18:53 hours, officer(s) Stefanik () and Redick () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 1520 Whitney, Apt 10 and Vic: Mosby advised Advised that she was arguing with her boyfriend, Sus: McCray, about going to the store. Vic: Mosby advised that Sus: McCray started yelling at her and then he punched her in the mouth. Vic: Mosby advised that Sus: McCray left before officers arrived. Vic: Mosby filled out a hold harmless and advised that she did not need an ambulance.
