Police Narrative:
On February 07, 2007 at 1857 hours, Officer(s) FISHER, M EMP# / EMP# responded to Vandalism/Felony/DV at 1661 ELY and victim Sargondria Morrison advised that she was inside her house at the above address when she heard her brother, male black suspect, outside her front door yelling and cursing for her to come out. Victim Morrison advised she observed the male black suspect then walk around to the side of the house and throw a brick through her bedroom window. Victim Morrison stated this incident stemmed from an argument both had earlier today regarding the victim taking the suspect's girlfriend out to a club on 02/05/2007 and bringing her back home intoxicated. Officer observed the damage to the victim's bedroom window.
