Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 18:35 hours, officer(s) Grigsby () and Mccord (5623) responded to a Pedestrian in roadway at 2990 Tillman cove and the Reporting Officer advised A/O at Tillman and Tillman Cove assisting other strike officers observed Sus: Saulter exit the drivers seat of Cadillac VIN 1g6kd52bxsu270330 bearing TN temporary tag. As officers passed by vehicle A/O observed tag serial #R480110. A/O knows this to be a frequently copied temporary tag. A/O also observed tag to be discolored. A/O aproached Sus: Saulter who advised the vehicle was hers. Sus: Saulter was placed in custody. Sus: Saulter couldnt show proof of insurance and had valid I.D. only. Sus: Saulter transported to 201 Poplar.
