Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 18:27 hours, officer(s) C. Parker (4226) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3030 Benjestown and Vic: Freeman advised She turned on the radio for her sister andt walked out of the house. Vic: Freeman advised her father/Sus: Williams got mad, came after her, grabbed her by the hair and neck, and drug her back into the house. Wit: Spencer advised she witnessed the whole thing and was the one who called police. Wit: Spencer advised she didnt know why her father/ Sus: Williams did what he did but advised he hits Vic: Freeman all the time even in front of other people who are not family. Sus: Williams was taken into custody and transported to 201 Poplar.
