Police Narrative:
On 02/07/07 at 23:07 hours, officer(s) Bridgeforth (8959) and Kent () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 2791 Pickering and Vic: Frazier advised that her live in boyfriend, suspect Bergis, was involved in an argument with her over a cellular phone. Victim Frazier advised suspect Bergis became infuriated when she put his phone on the charger. Victim Frazier advised he pushed her then punched her in the face. Victim Frazier advised suspect Bergis left the scene when she called the police. Victim Frazier signed a d\v hold harmless and had no visible injuries.
