Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 18:15 hours, officer(s) Weatherly, M () and amato (0010) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3557 Brookmeade and Vic: Hines advised She was watching her sister, Sus: Williams, for their mother. Sus: Williams Is grounded after being suspended at school for fighting. The suspect was using the phone and was told to hang up. An argument started and the suspect kicked the victim in the stomach. The victim complained af abdominal pain and was transported to St. Francis Hospital by FDA#22 in non critical condition. The victim was transported due to being pregnant. The suspect was transported to juvenile court under the TN D/V laws.
