Police Narrative:
On 02/07/07 at 22:29 hours, officer(s) W. Colson (1290) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3858 Shallow Wood Crt and Vic: Crymes advised Officers made the scene of a disturbance call. The victim Lashundra Crymes said her boyfriend whom she has a child with became involved in an argument with her. She is or has been attempting to break up with him for over a week and he has been refusing to accept it. Today he screamed and threatened her and threw the house phone at her causing her to move or get his with it. After leaving he soon called back. On the phone he said he was returning to shoot her and all of her children. As officers left staying in the area he continued calling making the same threats that he was coming over to shoot her. She said she is afraid because all of his threats to harm her he has always followed up with.
