Police Narrative:
On 02/03/07 at 23:13 hours, officer(s) Hentz (3388) responded to a Fight at 6668 Winchester and Vic: Jackson advised That she was sitting in the lobby on her break eating. The sus: Rix entered the business and approached the victim. The suspect started asking the victim; what is all this stuff you have been saying?, Why don’t you step outside?. The suspect had a open drink in her hand and attempted to throw it on the victim but she missed. The victim picked up the drink and threw it back at the suspect. At that time the victim and suspect started to fight. Other employees broke the fight up and put the suspect out of the business. The victim had no injuries.
