Police Narrative:
On 02/03/07 at 22:52 hours, officer(s) Underwood, A. () responded to a Domestic disturbance at 2988 Mtn Olive and victim advised she was at her home at 2988 Mtn. Olive sitting in the front room when she heard some glass break. victim advised she went to her bedroom which is located at the back of the house and noticed her window broken out. victim advised she then looked out the window in the front room and observed her ex-boyfriend suspect run from her house across the street and get into a vehicle and drive off. victim advised that she does have an order of protection against suspect.
