Police Narrative:
On 02/03/07 at 22:10 hours, officer(s) French, J. (1855) and Bronstien () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 5356 Horseshoe Trail 6 and Vic: Najera advised She and her husband, Sus: Murillo, were in an argument. She asked him to lower his voice, because theyre baby has asthma and might have an attack if she became exited. He told her that that was not important and slapped her across the face. He also threw a pillow at her. Suspect was not on the scene upon our arrival. Victim was calm. She does not speak english. Hold harm signed.
