Police Narrative:
On 02/03/07 at 20:21 hours, officer(s) Kloek, M. (9895) and Cornwell, E. (1301) responded to a Domestic disturbance at 3127 Overton Crossing and victim advised Tonight, 02/03/07, at around 1945 hrs, she and the father of their children, suspect 1 Stephen, were in a physical altercation at their house at 3127 Overton Crossing. Victim Ray advised she confronted suspect about leaving their children alone at which time suspect became angry and started hitting her about the head and face. Officer observed bruising and minor cuts to the left side of the victims head. An ambulance was called by the victim prior to officers arrival and unit 22 MFD made the scene and victim refused transportation. The suspect was not on the scene at report time. DV photos were taken and e-mailed to the Domestic Violence Bureau. Victim signed a hold harmless.
