On 02/03/07 at 19:52 hours, officer(s) KELLY (4679) responded to a Shoplifting/Misdemeanor at 2700 n GERMANTOWN and Compl: Davis advised Def brandon neal was observed to pick up a red baseball cap and pass it to co def phylicia neal. she put the cap inside her purse and they both attempted to exit the store..they were stopped before they exited the store ..the defs admitted to the crime and they both were detained ...the hat was left at the store..the defs were issued citations
