Police Narrative:
On 02/03/07 at 19:48 hours, officer(s) Gooch (7017) responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Felony at 3000 Barron and the Reporting Officer advised Observed def. Curtis Dickerson driving Chyrsler disregard redlight at Barron and Semmes. Def. Dickerson had a suspended drivers license and wasarrested. All occupants were detained. Def. Benson uttered to officer Gooch that he had two quarter bags of marijuana on him in his pocket. The marijuana was retrieved and 17.8 tgrams and tested positive. Def. Benson was arrested. Other passenger, def. Calvin Forman, had put a bag of marijuana in his shoe and was arrested. Both Forman and Dickerson was issued a misdemeanor citation. Lt. Wingate 704 made the scene. Def. Benson had (2)$10,(2) $5, (10) $1 Total $40.00 seized.
