Police Narrative:
On 03/14/2007 MPD OCU Vice Team 3, executed a search warrant for illegal gambling at the above location. Detective McNeal, who was the decoy, receive a pay out from defendant Green while gambling on the illegal gambling machines inside the above location. Defendant Green, who is the manager, hit the knock off switch and paid detective McNeal for his winnings. Detective McNeal receive a paid out within the last five days. Officers recovered from the search warrant at 2543 Broad "Diamond Door" pay out logs, eight illegal gambling machines equipped with knock off switches to pay out for winnings, $1550.00 in cash, 2 scales, marijuana roller, and plastic bag filled with a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana. Defendant Green made a spontaneous utterance during the search that him and his brother runs the gambling operation for a male white by the name of JW. The plastic bag filled with the green leafy substance tested positive for marijuana and weighed 25.5 WGM. All the other aforementioned property above was tagged at 201 Poplar P&E room. Defendant Green was transported to 201 Poplar. Lt. Moffatt made scene an advised. R&I number 0703007910ME is also associated with the above report number.
