Police Narrative:
On 02/02/07 at 12:58 hours, officer(s) Able,L. (0160) and Moore (5643) responded to a Burglary/Residential at 497 Tonawanda Cove and witness advised While she was checking on her property at 497 Tonawanda Cove, she observed the side storm door glass had been kicked out. witness went to the rear of the house and observed a male black suspect looking out the rear window looking at witness.The Sus #1: Unknown ran out the back door and jumped the fence. Sus #1: Unknown was approximately 60",dark complexioned,wearing a black snow suit,with black baseball cap and white and black tennis shoes. Sus #1: Unknown, ran WB towards Western Park,no additional information. Sus #1: Unknown completely ransacked the house. witness advised there were no utilities on at the location however,the suspect had obviously rigged the utilities where utilities were on. witness advised she would notify MLGW.
