Police Narrative:
On 02/02/07 at 01:32 hours, officer(s) Sanders (1332) responded to a DISTURBANCE at 4231 FALCON and victim advised THE VICTIM ADVISED THAT THE SUSPECT CAME OVER TO HER HOUSE AND BEGAN BANGING ON HER DOOR DEMANDING TO COME IN. THE VICTIM STATED SHE REFUSED TO LET THE SUSPECT IN. THE SUSPECT WAS STANDING ON THE PORCH WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED WHERE OFFICERS SPOKE WITH THE SUSPECT AND THE VICTIM. IT WAS AT THIS THE VICTIM STATED THE SUSPECT THREATENED TO KILL SEVERAL DAYS EARLIER. OFFICERS HAD NO CHARGES ON THE SUSPECT, THEREFORE HE WAS RELEASED. THE VICTIM COMPLETED A HOLD-HARMLESS.
