Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 22:07 hours, officer(s) K.T.Rogers (2846) and Clarke () responded to a Aggravated Assault at 1174 Vance and Compl: Miller advised on todays date at 2200hrs officer responded to an assault call at the memphis recovery center. Upon our arrival we spoke with the complainant who advised that he is a program monitor for the center. He said that he saw the defendant pick up a glass vase filled with glass rocks and throw it toward another teenager. That vase didnt hit the person it was intended for. The vase struck victim 1 striking him in the face causing injuries that required stitches. MFD1 made the scene for aid. They transported the victim to Methodist Central in non-critical condition . 406D LT Wright was advised but did not make the scene. The suspect was arrested and transported to juvenile court.
