Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 21:18 hours, officer(s) AKins () and Pulliam (2008) responded to a Simple Assault at 2334 warren and victim advised that on above date and time suspect her boyfriend became upset with her (victim) due to victim asking for some money. Victim then stated suspect began choking her and threw her to the floor. Upon officers arrival suspect had left scene. Victim was advised of rights and signed hold harmless, no other information.
