Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 21:04 hours, officer(s) Culpepper () and Giaccaglini () responded to a Robbery/Individual at 999 wellington and complainant advised That suspect, and suspect came to his apt to collect money for a crack debt. complainant stated that the suspects kicked in his door, and began to beat him with their fists all on his face and chest. complainant advised that at one point suspect picked up a mop handle and began to beat him on the head. suspects then went through complainants pocket and got his VA disability check and his tn I’d. R/o knows of numerous occasions in which complainant has been severly assaulted by the suspects previously. r/o observed complainant with a severly beaten face. mfd #3 made the scene and victim refused treatment. suspect is known to drive a burgundy expedition. complainant statethat he does want to prosecute.
