Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 20:58 hours, officer(s) I. White () responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 4972 Park and Vic: Strowder advised That he went into the restaurant to eat and when he came out he noticed his Ford F350 TN 00405HM drivers side door lock had been popped he also observed his phone was missing. Officer made the scene and advised. There was no crime scene or suspect info.
