On 02/01/07 at 19:33 hours, officer(s) M. Johnson (3046) responded to a Walk-in at 2948 Bannockburn and Vic: Denellie advised that, on today 02/01/2007 around 1600hrs, he received a Memphis Light gas and Water bill at 2948 Bannockburn. Upon opening the bill, he noticed that, he never lived at the address on the bill at 801 Ria Lobo ; but his daughter suspect did. Victim advised that, he didn't given suspect permission to open an account in his name and MLG&W advised that, he needed a police report. No other information given.
