Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 18:27 hours, officer(s) D.Rodgers (6371) responded to a Aggravated Assault at 2324 Hunter and victim advised She was standing on her porch when the suspect:Winston came by her house asking her why did she call the police on him. The victim advised the suspect that she didnt call the police on him and that he needed to get out of her yard. The suspect then picked up a brick and threw it at the victim just barely missing the victim as she ducked out of the way. The suspect then fled the scene and told the victim he will be back. The victim went to a nearby relatives house to stay the night.
