On 02/01/07 at 16:54 hours, officer(s) JONES () responded to a Shoplifting/Misdemeanor at 1300 SHELBY DRIVE and victimStribling advised OFFICER ON THE SCENE victimMACLIN WAS OBSERVED TAKING MERCHANDISE FROM THE DISPLAY INTO THE DRESSING ROOM AND PUTTING THE ITEMS INTO HER PURSE. victimMACLIN DID PASS THE POINT OF SALE WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE ITEMS. THE VALUE OF ITEMS ARE $65.95 WHICH WAS RETURNED TO THE STORE. victimMACLIN DID HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION WAS ARRESTED AND ISSUED A JUVENILE SUMMONS AND RELEASED TO HER PARENTS CARE (MARY MACLIN) .
