Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 00:09 hours, officer(s) Evans L. (0194) responded to a Simple Assault at Baptist Hospital East and victim advised That victim is her daughter. suspect is a M/B schoolmate of victims' and he is in the resource program. Today when they were walking home from school, suspect came up behind victim and jumped on her. He grabbed her by the neck and tried to bodyslam her to the ground. victim's neck became very sore and she could not straighten it out. victim later took victim to the emergency room at Baptist Hospital East at which time she called the police. At time of this report the docter had not examined victim. victim stated she is afraid of suspect and he has hit her in the past.
