Police Narrative:
On 02/01/07 at 00:36 hours, officer(s) C.Farwell (2484) and G.Howard () responded to a Aggravated Assault/DV at 1533 Brooks and Vic: Graves advised That Sus: Graves left with her ex-husband to go the store and upon arriving back to their hotel Vic: Graves advised that Sus: Graves came in upset for reasons unknown to Vic: Graves. Vic: Graves advised that he attempted to comfort Sus: Graves when she became very violent and began striking Vic: Graves in the facial area with a vodka bottle and a telephone. A/Os observed Vic: Graves face to be very bloody with a laceration above the right eye. A/Os also observed a broken telephone lying on the floor of hotel room with blood on it and the room to be in dissaray. MFD #17 made scene and provided medical attention to Vic: Graves. Sus: Graves advised officers that Vic: Graves self inflicted the injuries upon himself. Lt. Hamilton 205A made scene and contacted Felony Response and advised to transport Sus: Graves to jail east via Felony Response per Lt. Morgan. Photo was taken of Vic: Graves injuries by officer PDA device. Vic: Graves injuries were non-critical.
