Police Narrative:
Members of MPD OCU Team #8 executed a search warrant at 1024 Patton and upon entering residence detained defendant Kimble who was running from living room in hallway. Detective G. Patrick # observed a green leafy substance on entertainment center in plain view which later tested positive for marijuana THC. Detective Patrick also found a Ruger .40 cal handgun an the couch in the immediate area. The defendant came from. the defendant advised to officers that he was an Three years diversion for a drug case, "He also stated "I didn't have the dip in that pistol." Defendant was issued citation in lieu of transport, marijuana weighed 3.3 grams. The handgun was seized and tagged at MPD P & E Room. All evidence was tagged into MPD P &E room. A photo of defendant was also located and tagged with the defendant with a handgun, a digital scale was also tagged.
