Police Narrative:
On 01-17-2007 at 0930 hours, Officers Manning #0406, and Brown #2311, responded to Fight call at 820 N. Second Street, and victim, Finis Anderson III,
advised that as he and his girlfriend/suspect, Monica Robinson, talked at the residence, the suspect hit him in the head with a pair of metal pliers injuring
him. Suspect stated that she asked the victim to leave her residence but he refused and took a swing at her. She then grabbed the pliers and struck
him.
Memphis Fire Department Ambulance #11 made the scene and transported the victim to the Med in "non-critical" condition for a laceration over his right
eye. 8101, Lt. L. A. Currin, made the scene and was advised. Crime Scene Investigative Unit #2316, Lt. Jones #4359, made the scene for photos. The
pliers were tagged at MPD Property Room and the suspect was transported to Domestic Violence Bureau.
