Police Narrative:
On 01/25/07 at 10:08 hours, officer(s) PHILLIPS,R (S3504) responded to a Identity Theft at 5141 coltswold ln and Vic: Caldwell advised That on01-24-07 at about 2100 hours he received a call from cingular wireless stating that they have been trying to find him in regard to a cell phone account that was open in his name which has a balance of over 3,ooo. Vic: Caldwell advised cingular that he didnt open an account with them and that someone must have got hold of his information. Vic: Caldwell stated that his social security number was used and person who opened the account gave cingular an address of 1237 vollentine. Vic: Caldwell contacted scso to make the scene for the report.
