Police Narrative:
On 01/22/07 at 19:35 hours, officer(s) W. Blaylock (S3480) responded to a Aggravated Assault at 8961 Keighley Cove and Vic: Conway advised Suspect Tillman came to his residence after school to hang out. After Suspect Tillman left Victim Connay noticed his $5 was missing from his room. When Victim Conway went to ask Suspect for his $5 back Suspect Tillman said he did not have it. After Victim Conway demanded his money several times Suspect Conway pulled a small black semi automatic pistol at him and cocked it. Victim Conway then ran home and called 9-1-1. Officers made the scene and took the Victims statement, then went to the Suspect's address for a follow up. Officers spoke with the Suspect's Father, George Tillman,M/B, TN-OLN , who was present when the Suspect was Mirandized and questioned. Suspect Tillman admitted he pulled a gun and threatned Suspect Conway, but it was a CO2 pistol. The Suspect lead Officers upstairs where the Suspect hide a black Crossman CO2 BB pistol (looks like a Walther PPK) under a desk. The Suspect was detained and Sgt Smith car 116 was contacted, he contacted Sgt Sides GIB. The Victim's Mother made the scene and advised she DID NOT WANT TO PPOSECUTE.
