(S5420) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4212 Hampton Manor and Vic: Sawyer advised that her live in boyfriend, Sus: Yarbrough, pushed her in the face. Sus: Yarbrough left prior to officer arrival. Vic: Sawyer did fill out a hold harmless form and was given a domestic violence plan.
