Police Narrative:
On 11/08/06 at 20:31 hours, officer(s) Ross, L () responded to a Vandalism/Misdemeanor at 6041 Blackbird Drive and victim advised officers that when he got in from work he noticed that the tires of his vehicle were cut and his windshield was completely shattered. Victim advised he suspected his wife had vandalized the vehicle but had no proof and did not see who committed the offense. Victim advised he asked his wife why did she do it and she said she was mad. Victim's wiife was not on the scene upon officer's arrival.
