On 11/08/06 at 09:36 hours, officer(s) Ortega (6467) responded to a Burglary/Residential at 3136 Autumnwood drive 145 and victim advised victim advised her childrens father, Tallaphus Anderson, 09/03/81, m/b, social # is angry with the fact she has a new boyfriend. He called victim around 1700 hrs. , yesterday asking about new boyfriend, and said you think I tore your house up last time, just wait Im going to tear your car up and your house. Victim was advised to call police if mr. Anderson comes to her apt. Writer is filing a Authorization of Agency on Mr. Anderson. Victim states this is the second incident with a break-in in the last two weeks.
