Police Narrative:

On 11/07/06 at 18:05 hours, officer(s) Parson () and Moore, C (1710) responded to a Theft & Recovery/Passenger Vehicle at 5907 Waterstone Oakway and complainant advised who is the security officer in Waterstone Apartment Complex advised that a Veh #1: MAZD MIL was involved in a accident. Officers made scene advised complainant that accident was private property and complainant stated he believed vehicle was stolen. Officers ran Veh #1: MAZD MIL on primary due to neither suspect knowing who Veh #1: MAZD MIL belonged to and vehicle returned stolen per dispatcher. suspect was standing on passenger side with door open with and one foot on inside of Veh #1: MAZD MIL and suspect was standing on drivers side with door open and one foot on inside of Veh #1: MAZD MIL . Officers ran station B to verify vehicle was stolen and per dispatcher Veh #1: MAZD MIL was taken from driveway of home with $50, 0000 dollars worth of jewelry in trunk that was not in vehicle when officers found vehicle and did visual invertory for merchandise and weapons R&I #0610014024ME. victim w. As notified by officers per telephone call. Veh #1: MAZD MIL was cleared out of station b NIC#V089300855. Per complainant suspect and suspect, Athony Pollard 31 yr old m/b (901) 726-4858 was drove vehicle to this location and per suspect Anthony Pollard has been in possession of Veh #1: MAZD MIL for 1 month and they where visiting suspect's neice Mellissa Williams 370-4591 and her friend Toyisha Mitchell 690-5524 at 5907 Waterstone Oakway 101 who gave officers key to vehicle. Both victims were transported to Felony Response 201 Poplar. Veh #1: MAZD MIL is being held for processing for Auto Theft Bureau per Lt Richardson Felony Response.
